Wells House

Wells House is named in honour of Dr Alastair Wells (1960–2024), an Old Epsomian and former Chair of the Board of Governors at Epsom College in the UK. A student from 1973–78 in Forest House, Dr Wells was a lifelong supporter of the College, serving on the Board from 2002 and leading it from 2016 to 2023. He played a vital role in guiding the College through significant moments, including the Covid pandemic, and championed inclusivity and student wellbeing throughout his tenure. His dedication, leadership, and deep commitment to the Epsom community left a lasting legacy, inspiring the naming of Wells House in his memory.
