Kickoff to a New Tennis Season: What to Expect
Over the past two years, the Mouratoglou Tennis Programme has experienced remarkable growth and success. Starting with just six kids, our programme has expanded to encompass 45 young players across all our programmes, reflecting our commitment to nurturing tennis talent at all levels. From our fundamental program for beginners and newcomers in tennis, to our Flagship and Flagship + programs for players who are more experienced and share the ambition to combine tennis & education abroad when graduating at Epsom.
We are proud to work closely with the Mouratoglou Tennis Academy in Nice, our headquarters and guiding force for our coaching philosophy. This collaboration ensures that our players benefit from world-class training methods and expertise.
Our programme has already yielded impressive results, with many of our players achieving national recognition and several securing victories in national tournaments.
To further enhance player development, we host in-house UTR tournaments, offering valuable competitive experience for those new to tennis tournaments. Additionally, we recently organised an ATF 14&U Grade A tournament in early August 2024, featuring top Asian 14&U players. This event significantly raised awareness of our programme and showcased our centre’s capability to host high-level competitions.
Looking ahead, we aim to recruit and train 15-20 high-level players over the next year, continuing our trajectory of growth and excellence in tennis development.
