Upcoming Open Day
Saturday, 6 June 2026
Open Days are the best way to experience Epsom. You will be shown around the College by our very own students and taken into departments, Houses, the Prep School, world-class sporting facilities and more.
The Admissions Department will be available throughout the event to speak in more detail about the College and answer any questions you may have.
College Tour
Aside from the Open Day, we are always happy to conduct personalised college tours during term time or in the holidays. To arrange a college tour, please book your session with the Admissions Office below. If you would like an appointment outside of the available slots, please email us at admissions@epsomcollege.edu.my.
Application
Submitting your application form marks the start of our admissions process. Please start with creating a profile for the students, and should you encounter any difficulties, we would be more than happy to assist you. Simply reach out to our Admissions Office at admissions@epsomcollege.edu.my.
For the application, we require the submission of your child’s most recent school report card, along with their IC or passport.
Entrance Test
The Entrance Test is designed to identify the student’s academic attainment and potential. There are 3 essential parts:
- Part 1: Computerised baseline test assesses maths, learning skills, and literacy.
- Part 2: The English level test assesses the candidate’s proficiency in the language.
- Part 3: The Essay Writing section allows us to see the candidate’s expression.
Once the online profile has been created, the Admissions Office will be in touch on steps to book a slot for the Entrance Test.
Interviews
Shortlisted applicants may be invited for an interview(s), providing an opportunity for us to learn more about your child’s personality and potential.
Letter of Offer
The College will conduct a comprehensive review from multiple aspects before making a decision. Successful candidates will then be issued a letter of offer.
Acceptance of Offer
Upon receiving an offer, you will need to confirm your child’s acceptance by submitting the necessary documents and completing the required steps.
Payments
To secure your child’s place at the College, the required payments must be made as per the instructions provided in the offer letter.
Orientation Day
Before the academic year begins, Orientation Day helps new families settle in and become acquainted with our campus, staff, and the Epsom community. Please note that Orientation takes place at the start of each term.
