About Us
The GEP is a leading group of sports academies (tennis, golf, football) and enrichment activity centres (english, STEM, exam prep, music, and dance). We are dedicated to fostering growth and excellence in both sports and creative pursuits, offering unparalleled programmes for children and young adults across the region. We are seeking a Growth and Programmes Executive who will collaborate with our management team to drive marketing, enrolment, product development, and customer experience initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing and Branding:
○ Execute marketing campaigns to enhance visibility and enrolment in sports academies and enrichment programmes.
○ Develop and implement digital and offline strategies to engage target audiences.
○ Collaborate with internal teams to create promotional materials and content that reflect the company’s values and offerings.
2. Enrolment and Sales:
○ Identify and engage prospective students and their families, showcasing programme benefits.
○ Build relationships with local and regional partners to increase enrolment and programme reach.
○ Achieve and exceed enrolment targets set by management.
3. Product Development:
○ Work with the management team to innovate and refine programme offerings to align with market demand.
○ Stay informed about trends in sports and enrichment activities to ensure programmes remain competitive and relevant.
4. Customer Experience:
○ Analyse and improve the customer journey, from enquiry to programme participation.
○ Address feedback and complaints to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
○ Ensure programme delivery meets the highest quality standards.
5. Regional Growth:
○ Actively seek opportunities for expansion into new markets across the region.
○ Travel as required to build partnerships, assess market potential, and oversee programme launches.
Qualifications
● Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
● Passion for Sports: Demonstrable passion for at least one of the following sports—tennis, golf, or football.
● Language Skills: Strong command of written and spoken English. Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
● Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
● Self-Motivation: A proactive and results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently.
● Willingness to Travel: Flexibility to travel across the region to grow the business.
