360° Support at Epsom

The Boarding House Experience

Boarding life at Epsom is designed to be a nurturing, structured, and inclusive experience reflecting the College’s commitment to excellence, opportunity for all, and a warm, inclusive school community. Each of the ten boarding houses is staffed by a dedicated team of seven adults, in line with the traditional British boarding model. Students are supported to develop independence, resilience, and confidence while building lifelong friendships within a secure and enriching environment.

Housemasters and Housemistresses guide students through the highs and challenges of boarding life, helping them to grow emotionally and socially. This structured support system is central to preparing students to navigate tomorrow with courage, empathy, and adaptability.

A Global Community

Epsom is proud to be a diverse, international school where discipline, tolerance, and mutual respect form the foundation of a shared ethos. Reflecting the College’s vision of global citizenship, the student body brings together a rich mix of cultures and backgrounds. This diversity is embraced as a strength, fostering an environment of empathy, compassion, and respect where every student feels seen, supported, and valued.

Personal Care and Development

Teachers and staff at both the Prep and Senior Schools are deeply invested in each student’s journey. Committed to talent development and teaching excellence, staff members work closely with students to uncover passions, build on strengths, and inspire ambition with purpose. Every effort is made to ensure that time at Epsom is fulfilling, purposeful, and deeply rewarding.
