First Weeks of LALIGA Academy Malaysia: Building the Foundations and Looking Ahead

These first weeks have been crucial for introducing various technical concepts, allowing us to establish a solid foundation on which we can progress toward gaining a deeper tactical understanding of the game. In Spain, one of the key aspects of tactical knowledge is based on the correct application of technique, and we are working with that same principle here.

During these weeks, we have already had our first competitions against other international academies, both in friendly matches and official tournaments. Notably, our U19 boys’ team achieved a remarkable victory in the KLSL tournament.

Looking ahead to October, the KLSL competitions will continue for our U15 boys’ and girls’ categories, and we will also be participating in the Marlborough Strait 7’s tournament, where we will field six teams. We aim to maintain a high volume of competitions, ensuring our players develop their competitive skills alongside their training sessions.
