Year Group and Intakes
Applications are welcomed for the following year groups:
- EYFS
- Prep School
- Key Stage 3 (Year 7-9)
- Key Stage 4 (Year 10-11)
- Sixth Form
Main intake occurs in August, though mid-year admissions may be considered depending on availability. The admissions team is committed to providing opportunity for all, ensuring that every prospective student is guided and supported through the process.

Mrs Eugine Oh, Director of Marketing and Admissions at Epsom College Malaysia, brings extensive experience from leading international schools in Japan and Korea. Her expertise spans education, marketing, and strategic communications across both corporate and academic sectors.
Having herself benefitted from a boarding school education, Mrs Oh deeply understands both the opportunities and challenges of this transformative journey. This personal experience informs her professional practice, enabling her to connect authentically with families as they navigate important decisions for their children’s futures.
Holding a Master of Science in Education from Purdue University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Linguistics from Emory University, Mrs Oh is committed to nurturing capable and principled young people, offering families a thoughtful and informed admissions experience rooted in excellence, empathy, and opportunity.
